Lets pretend they say: "“Oh, I can get that cheaper at Wal-Mart.” then I answer something like this: "I totally agree with you, the price may seem high. The reason why we did this is that you probably wouldt be satifed with any lesser quality. Don't you just hate it when you buy something and it is broken after used it only a week?". First I agree with them, and then I come up with a reason for higher price. Most likely they will answer YES, and you got them at your side of the world :) What I use to do is to agree with them.
