* Get more training on areas you want to improve. I like to say, “If you stop learning, you stop earning.” There are always different methods and outlooks to learn about be it leadership, technology, product knowledge, marketing, and more. Invest in yourself for more advanced knowledge.
* Start working your business from a different angle. Have you neglected one area of your business? Do you only do web orders or only home parties? Maybe you have never done a fundraiser? Look at each area of your business and see what you can add or change.
* Talk to other reps and ask their opinions. Look for outside groups of direct sellers that you can join and talk about issues of doing business. Other views of your business from someone else’s view can have a huge impact on your business.
